			<description>I agree. The article explains that he wasn't wearing a helmet, then immediately says that he was killed making it seem as though it was HIS fault. Although I think helmets should always be worn, it is your choice to what you do or don't do, and it clearly isn't against the law to not wear one. If the woman had been paying attention, the accident would have never happened. - a guest</description>
