Motorcycle Rider Resolutions PDF Print E-mail

Do you have any motorcycle rider resolutions - resolutions in general - want to add to my list?  Feel free...

  1. Always wear clean underwear just in case I am in a crash (as if I don't wear clean underwear anyway).
  2. Try not to laugh at 400 pound people on 50 cc scooters .
  3. Tell everyone that cares to listen that they should wear a motorcycle helmet but that I respect their choice if they choose not to.
  4. Try not to say "COOL" so many times - shows my age.
  5. Wear a new leather thong to the pool this summer (thieved from Jamin' Leather because I thought it was funny)!
  6. Get my wife to wear a new leather thong to the pool this summer.
  7. Find at least one opportunity to wear leather chaps without pants (I thieved this from Jamin' Leather because I thought it was also funny)!
  8. Find at least one opportunity for my wife to wear leather chaps without pants.
  9. Support as many charity rides as I can.
  10. Get my butt to Sturgis this year - it's been a while.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Welcome...

This website is much more than just another motorcycle injury lawyer website asking you to contact us when you are in a crash.  I would like this site to become a place where bikers of whatever type - cruisers - muscle - bullet - trikes - scooters - whatever, come to have a voice and share their opinions and ideas about their passion.  I have an events calendar on the site and invite you to email me with your group ride information and I will be happy to post your event on the site.  At the same time, I would like to give something back to the biking community for helping me and my firm become a success.  If you have a charitable ride call me or email me and utahbikelaw would be happy to contribute and participate in the event to make it a success.

Thanks for coming to have a look - stay awhile - read the blog - make some comments - have a seat and something cold to drink and hey... "...be careful out there!"

Why utahbikelaw & Why George Tait

It is a curiosity to me why any biker involved in a serious crash would contact any other law firm to represent them.  I have been a biker for over 30 years.  I know what it takes to ride a bike and I know the hazards that await us at every turn.  I was a registered nurse so I understand the damages and the hardships we endure when healing from a motorcycle crash.  Because I am a biker and was a nurse and exclusively represent injured motorcycle riders I know how to put together the evidence convincingly to get you the compensation you deserve - from the insurance companies - and at trial.

  • We'll fight hard to get the compensation you deserve. While other attorneys might take a quick settlement from the insurance companies, we're not afraid to take your case to court and fight to recover every cent you deserve.
  • Our Emergency Legal Response Team is always a phone call away - hours a day - seven days a week. If you're involved in a motorcycle accident, call us and we'll provide you with immediate legal advice in those critical moments following your accident. We'll rush to the accident scene to speak with authorities and witnesses, take digital pictures and digital video of the crash scene and help you deal with the stress of the crash however we can.
  • When you call us you can speak directly with me, George Tait, the owner of the firm.  I want to personally evaluate your case and give you the personal attention needed to recover damages for you and your family.
  • There are never any charges to consult with us about your case, and you'll pay no attorney fees unless we recover money for you.
  • We'll get you results that you need to put your life back on track and to get you back on the road.
