COLORADO:  Derek R. Edgerton, 24, was riding his motorcycle westbound on Arapahoe Avenue, approaching the intersection, when someone driving the opposite direction in a dark-colored Subaru Outback made a U-turn onto westbound Arapahoe Avenue in front of Edgerton.
