Recall on 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan 2000

Kawasaki is recalling your 2009 Vulcan 2000 because the headlamp assembly and specifically the lenses were incorrectly positioned affecting "photometric" performance.  I am not sure exactly what this "photometric" performance means but I presume it means the light does not work according to some mystical NHTSA guideline either not illuminating the road ahead properly or blinding oncoming drivers - maybe both.

In any event, if you own a 2009 Kawasaki Vulcan 2000 call your dealer and they will repair the defect or replace the headlamp at no cost.
