You know we've been talking the last few weeks about injuries as a result of a motorcycle crash. One of the most serious injuries you can have is what is called the TBI or traumatic brain injury. It can be mild and it can be severe, what's important in a traumatic brain injury case is that you get treatment right away.

Delayed TBI treatment retards the healing of the brain, there are things physicians can do to rehabilitate your brain. Furthermore, the treatment can be used as evidence of trial. You need the proper scans to show and demonstrate to a jury that there was in fact damage to your brain.

We are a law firm that goes to trial, I enjoy going to trial. Its pitting my wits against the insurance company's wits.

We have exhibits, this is obviously a skull, it has the brain cavity showing where the brain injuries can occur. This is just one example of the exhibits that we have to demonstrate to the jury your injuries at trial. Your law firm has to know what they're doing, you have to be able to get to trial, you have to be able to survive motions for summary judgement., you have to get your case in front of jury, you have to convince that jury that doing nothing is not acceptable. The jury has the responsibility to keep our community safe, that community includes motorcycle riders.

We all should be looking out for each other out there and this just reminds everybody that you got to do it, you got to follow the rules of the road, it's as simple as that.
