There are some upcoming rides that we here at Utah Bike Law sponsor. It's important to be involved with the community that you are helping. As riders ourselves, we want to give back and support the community that we hold so dear.
Shriners Utah Kids Ride
One of the first rides that we are sponsoring this year is the Shriners Utah Kids Ride. This ride is happening April 28, 2018. Registration starts at 8:00 a.m. and the ride starts at 10:00 a.m. This ride is to help those kids that are at Shriner's Hospital for Children have a better time while they are there. This year they want to present Shriner's Hospital with more money than before!
Ride with the Pigs
This event starts June 2, 2018. Registration is at 8:00 a.m. and the actual ride leaves at 9:30 a.m. This ride is incredible. All the proceeds that are gathered from this ride goes to benefit local children's charities. The Police Officers and the volunteers that work this event are working together to provide a way for children are less fortunate and need help. The ride itself is unique because we will be riding alongside Police Motor Officers! The ride starts at Legend Motorcycles in Springville, UT. We will be having a contest to win Steely Dan & The Doobie Brothers concert tickets. The concert is June 10, 2018 at USANA Amphitheatre.
First Responders Tribute Ride
Another amazing ride that we are sponsoring. This ride is happening June 10, 2018. Registration is at 8:00 a.m. and the fee is $25/rider and $10/passenger. The First Responders Tribute Ride will be contributing 100% of the proceeds to The Blue Haven Foundation. The Blue Haven Foundation helps widows and their families of officers that have fallen in the line of duty. During such a hard time, it is important to have a strong support system to back you up. The Blue Haven Foundation is a transparent organization that is helping so many widows and widowers. The ride is put on by the Immortal Knights PSMC group. Having groups like these to ensure the welfare of others is part of the glue that holds society together.
Ride to Zero
On August 25, 2018, the 4th Annual Ride to Zero is happening in Draper, UT. Chapter 49-1 (a 501 (c) (19)) of the Combat Veteran's Motorcycle Association along with the University of Utah's Nation Center for Veteran Studies (NCVS) join forces to create more available resources and information for veterans. Over 20 veterans commit suicide every day and Chapter 49-1 with the NCVS want to help. All proceeds from the Ride to Zero will go to research and sponsor treatment for veterans in Utah. Furthermore, Utah Bike Law will have a contest to win Maroon 5 tickets for September 7, 2018 at Vivint Smart Home Arena.
Here at Utah Bike Law, we are in the business of helping those that can't help themselves. We love being involved with these amazing organizations that help people in need. Come drop by these amazing rides to show your support!
